i think the most affected is the babies. no one knows what is gonna be happen to them. whether they are safe or not, how about their future, who is willing to take care of them and many question would be ask.
soon, when they grow up, they will ask who is their parents and it become harder to us to tell the truth.
if the truth was revealed by them, we doesn't know what will they do.
its affected them from beginning till the end of their life. it is such a cruel thing that could be happen to a human beings.
and i also want to get clear here, what i'm saying here doesn't mean that i'm not agree with other points, i do agree.

i certainly agree with you..
the baby that still alive after being dump for sure will be taken by the Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat and she and he will get less love ang oppotunity as a child that should they get by their parents.
in the future they might grown up as anger person...
