i will give you with simple points here..

i think we can disscuss on this point by point here so that all of us will alert on the trouble that we will get if we involve in this problem..

what should we do???

-->we must now focusing on the prevention programs towards the regions and categories of population with increased risks of dumping...

the "KAMI PRIHATIN" campaign was timely as such initiative was important under the present situation...

-->setting up a coherent reporting and monitoring system as regards the dumping and the risk of abandonment...

TALIAN NUR HOTLINE 15999 should be use properly and not make crank calls..

-->standardising the written forms and the procedures of registering women which get admitted in maternities in order to give birth..

-->elaborating procedures for keeping records of mothers and children without identity papers and creating a database on this matter..

what else???hmmmm...~

what are the steps taken to prevent such cases from recurring????

is there a deterrent to discourage young people from committing this offence??

our govt,the police would classify those found responsible for babies who die would be investigated for murder while abandoned babies found alive would be investigated as attemped murder...and causing the infant's death,if found guilty,the punishment for murder is death penalty.....

well,should every baby dumping cases tried as a murder cases???hmmmmmmm~

CAUSES OF BABY DUMPING

Hye u alls,
Here I want to discuss about the causes of baby dumping..
we know that this kind of thing is happening among the teenagers...So,it is all about the teenagers.. After doing some research,I think that parents role is the most important cause of factors that causing baby dumping. As we know, parents is the one who should give the right religion education to their children..Because of the lack of the religion education,their children tend to do this bad thing and then unwanted thing happens..what about u alls??

Who are the people commonly associated with this case?

First of all, I would like to apologize to all of you because I am late to post the new entry. I failed to find a suitable time to post this entry. My bad. So, let me start our discussion for our first research question.

Baby dumping is a crime that always is a header on a front page of paper nowadays. This story relate to one of the most frightening realities in our culture today. As we know, this case is associated with certain people such as:

-Younger generation:
~ The culprits mostly among young mothers. Logically, there are no older generation reported involved in this case and dump their baby, right? That is why we pointed at young generation only. So, do not blame me for this! You guys can think by yourself. (My reason is logic right?)
~ As of all us know, younger generation (we can describe them as a teenager), they are immature and cannot make the right decision. When problem come up, usually they used to choose the simplest and fastest way to solve their problem. This condition makes them to choose to dump away their baby as long as no one knows.
Most of the young people have the same way of thinking. (My opinion is proven now!)

-Pregnant girl who has rejected by her own family and society
~ As a human, of course it breaks the heart if one of the family members makes something that is very shameful. According to this situation, families and communities struggle to accept the pregnant girl out of wedlock. It is such rejection that drives some women to dumping their newly born children. What we can conclude here is family play important role and is needed in every situation. So my opinion is;

“Do not dump your own family so that they will not dump their own baby”

It such a right quotes right? *lol*

-Family of the pregnant girl
~ We cannot blame on a person only. There have other reasons behind the scene. Family also is the one of the doers. They feel shame because one of the family members do something that illegal. People will not respect them anymore and always keep talking about this matter if they know. To avoid this thing to happen, some of them will force the pregnant girl to dump her baby after give birth. To be accepted back in her family, the girl will do anything because the situation that she face with.
In this context, family is still playing a role even though it is the negative one.

-The boy – father to the baby
~ Once they know that his girlfriend is pregnant, some of them will make a thousand and one excuses to leave the girl. Otherwise, they will find another alternative to solve their problem in the best way he can find. Most of them have a short thinking about this. Throw the baby is the common way they will choose. This is because the boy will feel scared and panic so that they choose whatever way that relevant to him to solve their problem that he created.
